I dread leg day but you guys make it fun and no bazillion lunges either! This one was tough but got through it! I may not walk right the next few days but totally worth it🫶🏼💪🏼. Thank you very much ❤

What an intense+challenging workout 💯 Crushed this one today 🔥 Loved all the circuits. For Side to Side Bench Jumps, I was wondering what to use since I don't have a bench yet and planning to get one soon. The chair I use alternatively, didn't seem to quite fit well. Then realized I can use my stepper bench with maximum height. Although not as high as a regular bench, it was decent enough and I loved this exercise a lot. Feeling great after doing this workout. Thank You Chris, Edi and Arnold. Love you all ❤

I really enjoyed the flow of this workout; each circuit was short, concise, effective and as always, a lot of fun.✌🏻Only I couldn’t manage the single leg box squat - once I sat down, getting back up was impossible.🫣🤭 So, I preferred for bulgarian split squats with dumbbells for each leg instead. Also, I had a great time doing the side to side bench jumps.🥳 After a slow, muscle-shaking routine, these dynamic exercises instantly lift your mood.🕺🏻 Thanks to you, Chris&Edi, I’ve added a meaningful hour to my day. I admire your hard work and amazing energy!🪻💜

That was an amazingly challenging lower body workout! 🔥Round 3 nearly did me in, boy was that tough! 😅 Repeating each exercise 3 times is the sweet spot! 👍I feel so accomplished after finishing this workout. 💪My quads and glutes are feeling tired but strong, and getting stronger every day! 💥

Did this lower body strength workout at home for the morning with my 25 and 50 lb. dumbbells and got such a gratifying burn near the end! Just as sweaty as a full on resistance session at the gym and the simple yet effective setlist is a keeper for sure! 🔥💦
